We are looking for Receptionist / Reservations

Job description:

  • Welcome customers & check them in & out of system
  • Process reservations, to ensure they integrated correctly with notes
  • Move customers around on system, in line with guidelines
  • Deal with customer negative feed back & help resolve any issues.
  • Give customers tourism advise on best attractions, City & tours
  • Take calls & process them or redirect them.
Anforderungen an die Stelle
  • English language skills essential, and Spanish
