Located just off Parnell Square at the top of O’Connell Street, The Castle Hotel is within minutes’ walk of many of Dublin's top tourist attractions such as Temple Bar, Croke Park, theatres, galleries, museums, both of Dublin's most famous shopping districts and the hop on and hop off bus routes. Find The Garden of Remembrance, Hugh Lane  Gallery, Gate Theatre, Dublin Writers Museum, Olivier Cornet Gallery, James Joyce Centre and O Reilly Theatre right on the doorstep of The Castle Hotel.

We are looking for Receptionist / Reservations

Job description:

  • Welcome customers & check them in & out of system
  • Process reservations, to ensure they integrated correctly with notes
  • Move customers around on system, in line with guidelines
  • Deal with customer negative feed back & help resolve any issues.
  • Give customers tourism advise on best attractions, City & tours
  • Take calls & process them or redirect them.
Requisitos laborales
  • English language skills essential, and Spanish
