We are an international group which has the most luxury hotels, award-winning golf resorts and leading boutiques. In Portugal we have Dona Filipa Hotel and Penina Hotel & Golf Resort five-star hotels in the heart of the Algarve and three golf courses.

We are recruiting Receptionists  for our Front Office team.

Day-to-day function:

• Welcome our guests and customers and ensure they have a memorable and unique experience

• Ensure an efficient and friendly check-in and check-out process

• Monitor the needs of our guests to anticipate solutions for their needs

requests

• Provide information about the hotel and available services throughout the stay

• Coordinate with other departments the timely resolution of requests from our

guests

• Availability to work shifts

Anforderungen an die Stelle

• Previous experience in hospitality

• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English

Wünschenswert

• Proactivity and strong problem-solving skills

• Team spirit

• Customer orientation.
