PROJECT LEADER - AUTOMATION
General purpose of the job:
To perform general project planning and follow up on existing Automation projects related to Toolshop production and standard equipment purchasing and delivery.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring and control of the projects as well as to be ready to provide full support in terms of satisfaction of customer needs;
• To keep track of the active projects and assigned teams performance using a specific scheduling tool;
• To be responsible for managing the delivery of materials and consumables for the projects;
• To be actively involved in sourcing of suppliers/subcontracts; close interaction with suppliers/subcontractors;
• To evaluate projects feasibility as well as production capacity;
• In charge of the internal coordination and communication with the client while implementing new dedicated machines or changes to already existing ones;
• Responsible for the financial aspect of the project during all relevant stages of implementation;
• Participate in the selection and implementation of new equipment, instruments and tools;
• Coordinate with the Toolshop and Automation Manager decisions concerning financial aspects and process optimization;
Required personal and professional skills:
• University degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering or Electronics);
• 2-3 years of experience in an industrial environment;
• Good communication and negotiation skills, analytical thinking;
• MS products proficiency (Office, Project). CAD design software is a plus;
• Flexibility, adaptability and high personal motivation to work;
• To be ready to travel in/outside the country on business trips;
• English language – good written and oral communication;
