Currently, we give support to ALTEN on European level in searching of candidates, mainly for IT/ Telecom and Engineering positions. For one of our clients based in Germany, we are looking for a Plastic Design Engineer for the Automotive Industry.

You will be responsible for designing and developing of different components with CATIA V5. In addition, you will be responsible for optimizing the designing taking into consideration time, cost and quality targets.

The candidate we are looking for should have the following skills:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or equivalent degree 

- Skilled in the plastic and / or metal-friendly development 

- Expert in the use of CATIA

- At least 2 years of experience in the field of design and development

- Fluent German and English
