WE ARE HIRING MOTIVATED AND PASSIONATE CHEFS TO OUR KITCHEN!
Do you love food and want to show your creativity to others? Are you a team player? We are looking for chefs to Radisson Blu Resort and Radisson Blu Mountain Resort & Residences Trysil, Norway.
We are especially looking for:
Sous chefs, Pastry Chef, Chef de Partie, buffetchefs, Pizzaiolas, Kitchen porter, staff cook, a la carte chefs, Special skilled Chef (meat)

Responsibilities and Tasks
- Prepare food of the highest quality and standard
- Be responsible for own work station in the kitchen
- Daily MEP lists
- Rotation between stations within main kitchen on both hotels
- HACCP
- Be able to work independently
- Efficient communications with colleagues
- Being pro-active, self motivated, enthusiastic and able to go beyond for our customers
Employment period: Autumn 2022 until April 2023, with possible extention/ permanent employment.
Skills requirements
- Relevant education and training
- Passion for food!
- Open-minded and creative
- Being able to communicate good in English
- Flexible, efficient, initiator and solution oriented
- Able to perform under pressure
- Preferably 3 years of professional kitchen work experience
- speaking a scandinavian Language
