For our Project Management Excellence team within Offshore Project Management, we are looking for a Master Data Specialist to be responsible for developing processes and master data in order to create best practices at the harbors. What are my responsibilities? As a Master Data Specialist, your main responsibilities will cover: • Maintenance of master data in Offshore • Help create new and maintain existing master data processes • Monitoring, supporting and reporting on project activities in regard to master data • Help building and managing a new master data landscape in Offshore • Developing and implementing cost-efficient concepts • Driving the master data work stream for our SAP implementation project • Cooperating closely with relevant departments and groups during the planning and execution phase of identified projects in Offshore In this position, you can expect travel activities up to 20 days per year. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a relevant technical degree at Master’s level combined with at least 3-5 years of experience from a similar role, preferably with an international organization. Besides, you have strong project management skills and are familiar with process management methods. Furthermore, you have the ability to identify and find solutions to complex issues. As a person, you are proactive and persistent. You have an analytical approach to your assignments, and you possess excellent presentation and communication skills. In addition, you are fluent in English, both orally and in writing, and you are an experienced user of SAP MM/WM. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
