Become a part of our Sales Process & Tools Team

Kamstrup is a Danish technology company operating globally and one of the world’s leading providers of intelligent metering solutions. We experience significant demand for our solutions and focus massively on development and production of intelligent metering equipment and systems for energy and water consumption. Therefore, we are looking for a CPQ Consultant who have the drive to create and implement our future CPQ landscape.

With direct reference to our Head of Sales Process and Tools in Marketing, you will become part of an ambitious team responsible for our sales processes and tools. The team holds the business process ownership of, and thereby manages, Kamstrup’s CRM and CPQ platforms as well as Kamstrup’s Customer Experience (CX) Program. The team consists of 5 dedicated colleagues with competencies within project management, platform management and customer journey mapping and touchpoint surveys. Together we strive to provide an excellent user and customer experience through strong collaboration with key stakeholders on both business and IT side.

A job with focus on continuous improvement and development of our new CPQ platform

In the newly established position as CPQ Consultant you will take on a important role in the continuous development and implementation of our new CPQ platform. Therefore, your role will be focused on continuously delivering support and enhancements that ensures excellent process support and high utilization of the Oracle CPQ Cloud platform.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

  • Engage with key stakeholders within the business and in IT to ensure controlled progress of prioritized deliveries
  • Assist in communicating the value being delivered by features in the platform
  • Support users in troubleshooting and coordinate with IT on incidents
  • Create training material, system documentations, process mapping etc.
  • Conduct training of both superusers and end-users

Personality matters

We are looking for a person, who is passionate about the field between IT and Business. You have an educational background within Cand. IT, Cand.merc., Prof. Bach. in International Sales and Marketing or similar and have experience in working with sales applications. Whether you have a few years of experience or is newly graduated is not crucial, the most important thing is that you have the desire and qualifications to both support and help leading the design of the CPQ platform including the integrations to our CRM and ERP systems. It will be considered as an advantage if you have experience in working with Oracle CPQ Cloud. However, your drive and willingness to learn new technologies is even more important.

In addition, it is an advantage if you have experience with and great interest in:

  • Project management including the ability to gather and parse the opinions of multiple stakeholders, often acting as mediator between developers and business stakeholders on all levels.
  • ERP and CRM systems

As a person, you are ambitious and want to either kickstart or continue your career in a growth-oriented organization where no two days are alike. You are driven by the desire to create a results which will have a real effect on the business, why you constantly seek to improve usage by consulting with sales representatives in how to improve or change processes to gain highest benefit. Lastly, you are used to working in a dynamic environment, where the pace is high and where you work along multiple tracks at the same time.

It is a requirement that you master English in writing and speaking. Danish will be an advantage.
