Ochre House Talent Management Ltd. is looking for an Instrument Field Engineer to be a part of the Euromaintenance Department to provide a wide variety of maintenance and technical support to approximately 140 Air Products operating facilities across Europe. in this role, you will join the Euromaintenance Department, based in Tarragona but supporting the whole of Europe. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: Carry out troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance installation and some design of control and instrumentation systems. Support construction activities for plant improvement projects and commissioning activities for new plants and additions to the existing production plants. Be an interface with vendors, contractors and technical departments to help ensure the tasks are completed to the correct standards. Write reports and suggest areas for improvement after carrying out field related tasks. CANDIDATE`S PROFILE: Flexibility in terms of availability and travel, sometimes at very short notice. Ability to perform in planned and unplanned emergency situations. Degree in Technical Instrument and Control Engineering or similar qualification, completion of an Instrumentation Apprenticeship, supplemented by post apprenticeship. Experience of Process plant instrumentation of various types (e.g. pressure, temperature, flow, level, vibration measurement and transmission systems. Analysers of various types. Control and switching valves of various types. Fluency in English and Spanish. This is a permanent position, to be covered a.s.a.p.
