MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

Provide excellent service to internal and external customers by telephone and/or in person, contributing to the achievement of the company's objectives.

TASK, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out in a qualified manner, with initiative and responsibility, the reception of clients and all tasks related to it.

Execute customer service tasks at the reception.

Carry out the procedures related to the occupation and sale of the rooms.

Safeguard valuables and money deposited.*

Carry out billing and collection tasks, as well as foreign currency exchange.

Receive, process and direct customer claims to the corresponding services. 

Check, register and file point of sale credits.

Get to know the entire hotel, its services and facilities. (upselling).

Control and tracking of keys.

Verification of reports of the head of the Floors department.

Manage unforeseen changes in reservations.

OTHER TASKS

Comply with the standards defined by the chain, reflected in the Quality Regulations.

Promote customer loyalty, promoting Club H10.

Ensure compliance with the Occupational Risk Prevention protocol.
