Being an ASTRA receptionist 

Do you like meeting new people? Help them make their holidays a success! 

Your mission if you accept it: become a Reception Staff at our hotel 

You're the one who introduces our customers to the world of Astra. 

Then you help them make their holiday a success. 

During your assignment you will be in charge of welcoming and checking out international customers. You will provide them with all the information they need about the resort and their stay. You will be the first point of contact on the telephone to provide information or reassurance. You will promote our services to ensure an unforgettable experience. You will also be responsible for payments collection. The plus points The beauty of the working environment, a relaxed atmosphere, a summer full of encounters as part of a close-knit team!

Anforderungen an die Stelle

In your everyday life

   you are often described as welcoming;
   your good humour is contagious and a smile is your trademark;
   you are versatile and even a little commercial;
   you are attentive and have an eye for detail.

And in terms of skills

  Degree in Tourism or Hospitality;
   "You speak English very well" and  maybe Italian or German would be nice

 Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Customer orientated approach

Ability to effectively solve problems related to customer expectations.

Responsible for creating positive customer experiences and fulfilling customer requests where possible.

Handling complaints and resolving customer issues by providing a suitable solution for each case

Working experience at least 2 years in a 4-5* hotel is required

Wünschenswert

Knowledge of any hospitality software is a big plus.

Other languages (German, Italian, French, Dutch) are always a plus
