👉 Become our next catering manager and join the club's management team. Working closely with head office, you will lead a team of up to 50 employees and ensure the quality of services provided to guests.

💪 As an expert with a 360° vision, here is a glimpse of what your day-to-day work will involve:

Recruitment and management of kitchen, dining room, commissary, and bar teams: hiring and training new employees, drawing up schedules, assigning tasks, organizing working hours

Monitoring the smooth running of services: ensuring the quality of the dishes on offer, regulating flows and taking customer feedback into account

Financial management of the service: ensuring the optimization of material resources, analyzing and developing turnover (internal support in achieving objectives)

Monitoring site supplies: working with the store manager to supervise purchases and assess stock levels

Planning health and safety plans: explaining and enforcing guidelines, applying the HACCP process

👉 Devenez notre prochain responsable restauration H/F et intégrez la direction du club. En relation constante avec le siège, vous animez une équipe pouvant compter jusqu'à 50 collaborateurs et veillez en permanence à la qualité des prestations fournies aux vacanciers.

💪 Expert à la vision 360°, voici un avant-goût de votre quotidien :

  • Recrutement et management des équipes de cuisine, salle, économat et bar : embaucher et former les nouveaux collaborateurs, élaborer les plannings, répartir les tâches, organiser le temps de travail
  • Contrôle du bon fonctionnement des services : s’assurer de la qualité des plats proposés, réguler les flux et prendre en compte les retours client
  • Pilotage financier du service : garantir l’optimisation des ressources matérielles, analyser et développer le chiffre d’affaires (accompagnement en interne dans la maîtrise des objectifs)
  • Suivi de l’approvisionnement du site : en collaboration avec le chef de magasin, superviser les achats et jauger l’état des stocks
  • Planification des plans d’hygiène et de sécurité : expliquer et faire respecter les consignes, appliquer le processus HACCP

You must already have managed a team and have experience in the restaurant industry.

Wünschenswert

If you have already worked in a vacation club, this is an advantage.

Leistungen

We offer on-site accommodation and meals in exchange for a contribution (between €150 and €180 per month).
