💪 As the true leader of the dining room team, here is a glimpse of what your daily routine will look like:
Management and supervision of servers: training new employees, drawing up schedules, organizing working hours, assigning and enforcing various daily tasks
Setting up the dining room: ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the various areas, highlighting the dining areas and buffet displays, preparing the dining room for the next service
Coordinating service: welcoming guests, clearing and tidying tables during service, regulating flow, managing customer waiting times and taking their feedback into account
💪 Véritable chef d’orchestre de l’équipe salle, voici un avant-goût de votre quotidien :
- Management et encadrement des serveurs : former les nouveaux collaborateurs, élaborer les plannings, organiser le temps de travail, répartir et faire appliquer les différentes tâches du quotidien
- Mise en place de la salle : veiller à la propreté et à l’hygiène des différents espaces, mettre en valeur les points de restauration et la présentation des buffets, préparer la salle pour le service suivant
- Coordination du service : accueillir les vacanciers, débarrassage et redressage des tables en cours de service, réguler les flux, gérer l’attente des clients et prendre en compte leurs retours

We offer accommodation and food on site in exchange for a contribution (between €150 and €180 per month).
