 Job description:

• IT Knowledge
• Analyze problems
• Calls, emails, letters, faxes, chat and forums from customers based CSR role, requiring decent level of communication via all mentioned channels.
• PC Knowledge

 Required skills:

• Ability to use a computer
• Native or fluent English
• Experience using Microsoft Office products
• Excellent communication skills; verbal, written, listening; at a level sufficient to assist customers
• English proficiency and comprehension
• Ability to solve issues and ability to make decisions that benefit the advertiser
• Ability to successfully analyze customer’s needs and sell product over the phone
