Are you an electronics engineer/technician with strong analytical skills and an eye for high quality? Then here is your opportunity to work with quality assurance of claims on electronic products in a dynamic and innovative setting with the opportunity to influence the entire Danfoss Power Solutions organisation. Be part of the Controls Division You will be part of the Quality department in our Controls Division PVG Proportional valves in Nordborg. Here, we are responsible for handling claims on electronic products and converting the findings of these claims into improved quality in the products and processes. The team currently consists of 7 people, and we work with a “ZERO! Defect strategy” in mind. Transform claims into higher quality As Electronics Engineer/Technician, your primary role will be to support our claim process with analyses, documentation and reporting of incoming faults work. You work closely with Production, Sales and Development to address the issue in depth and assess what needs to be done to prevent future mishaps. Your responsibilities and tasks will be to: • Act as Project Manager when securing action from relevant stakeholders to address a claim • Document and communicate findings to customers and stakeholders • Implement solutions and improvements that will raise the quality of our products further and prevent future claims Analytical electronics technician/engineer • You have a degree in electronics engineering or as an electronics technician and 3+ years of experience from the electronics industry • You have worked with hardware and understand the mode of operation in electrical circuits and functions • You speak and write fluent English and Danish. German is an advantage • We consider it a plus, if you know tools such as 8D, FMEA, AUDIT, SIX SIGMA or have knowledge of TC and SAP Your communication skills are strong, and you are critical in addressing issues and asking questions. You are analytical and can appreciate that handling claims and implementing changes to improve quality can take time.
