Are you motivated by organising, driving and continually improving the Manage Risks and Business Continuity process? And does disseminating and communicating risk culture appeal to you? Then you might be the Division Risk Manager we are looking for in Danfoss Power Electronics. You are offered a unique job opportunity where you have to drive divisional ERM board meetings and ensure export control regulation compliance in the PE division. Furthermore, you will coordinate with key stakeholders, especially BU Management teams, Group Risk & Compliance and Group Insurance. You will be working out of our division in Gråsten, Denmark, and will be responsible for Risk Management in the entire Power Electronics division. An internal view to risk management As Division Risk Manager your overall mission will be to drive the Manage Risks and Business Continuity process deployed and verified by audit, and you will be the key player in getting the stakeholders to see the value that risk management activities add. With your strong facilitation and process management capabilities we rely on you to continually improve the Manage Risks and Business Continuity process. Further areas responsibility will be: •Facilitate risk assessments in the business units •Follow up on risk reduction activities •Provide risk management method training and support •Maintain risk register/inventory •Maintain risk management home page on the division’s intranet •Participate in audits where relevant, also in an auditor capacity •Report to division management A strong drive and solid facilitation and process management capabilities You have a professional education at least at bachelor level in engineering, business administration or finance, and you have a solid understanding of finance and statistics. You have several years of cross organisational management experience, preferably from working in large multinational corporations or consultancies. It would be preferable if you have knowledge of Danfoss and especially the Power Electronics division. Alternatively, you have several years of experience with risk management from the power electronics industry. In any case you have the fundamentals of risk management in place together with a strategic mind set and high-level analytical skills, and you have a good cultural understanding working in multi-cultural organisations. You are good at establishing networks and have excellent communication skills – both verbally and in writing. On top of that you have solid judgment skills and you are persistent but friendly with a good sense of humour. Last but not least, you are fluent in English.
