We seek a Customer Support Specialist, fluent in German & English (f/m/d) for a project related to a Renewable Energy Company.
Main responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist you will:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
- Communicate with customers through various channels;
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints;
- Know our client's products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests;
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints;
- Communicate and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Location: Lisbon
Schedules: Fully in the office, from Monday to Sunday - from 9 am to 06 pm (8h/d) with two rotative days off per week.
Profile:
- Oral and written communication skills in the following language -
German and English (mandatory) ; - Excellent communication skills;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Very good technical knowledge ( eliminatory);
- Strong Customer and results orientation.
