The Bridge 
Trabalho Temporário is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Relations Representative for a renowned sports company in Lisbon.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers, offering exceptional support and guidance tailored to their needs.
  • Assist with inquiries related to memberships, product information, and service updates.
  • Ensure a high-quality experience for every customer interaction, focusing on detail and precision.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) and intermediate English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and solve problems creatively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and standard office software.
  • Availability for rotating shifts.
