Your role
As a Service Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our users, ensuring high-quality technical support in both Dutch and French (or English). You will join our teams based in the Lille metropolitan area and operate on-site at our clients’ locations.

Your tasks will include:
• Answering user calls and logging incidents
• Diagnosing hardware or software issues remotely
• Guiding users through troubleshooting steps or remotely taking control of systems
• Escalating incidents to the appropriate support level when necessary
• Following up on cases until resolution

Anforderungen an die Stelle

Job requirements
• You are fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
• You demonstrate strong communication, listening, and service-oriented skills
• You are methodical, collaborative, and eager to solve problems
• Previous experience in IT support (1-2 years preferred)
