Duties:

  • Assists the executive chef de cuisine, kitchen chef, or sous-chef
  • Is responsible for preparing and arranging food for buffets, banquet events, à la carte, or room service orders
  • Performs administrative tasks as required
  • Plans and organizes the work at the relevant areas
  • Ensures that service runs smoothly with the kitchen team
  • Ensures compliance with HACCP policies in the kitchen 
Anforderungen an die Stelle

Your profile:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in kitchens
  • Completed vocational training as a chef or hotel worker
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Strong service and quality orientation
  • Organizational and communication skills 
  • A can-do attitude and a hands-on mentality
  • Team player
