Opis pracovnej ponuky
Duties:
- Assists the executive chef de cuisine, kitchen chef, or sous-chef
- Is responsible for preparing and arranging food for buffets, banquet events, à la carte, or room service orders
- Performs administrative tasks as required
- Plans and organizes the work at the relevant areas
- Ensures that service runs smoothly with the kitchen team
- Ensures compliance with HACCP policies in the kitchen
Požiadavky na pracovné miesto
Your profile:
- At least 2 years of work experience in kitchens
- Completed vocational training as a chef or hotel worker
- Excellent German and English skills
- Strong service and quality orientation
- Organizational and communication skills
- A can-do attitude and a hands-on mentality
- Team player
