As part of your activities, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:

  • Preparation and execution of all work in the production area as agreed, in compliance with the quality standard and taking economic efficiency into account
  • Proper storage of all food and raw materials as directed
  • Participation in inventory, notification of damage
  • Care and cleaning of all work areas and equipment, ensuring house-specific and statutory hygiene regulations
  • Compliance with labor and food law regulations as well as all official instructions
Anforderungen an die Stelle

You are a good fit for us if you have the following qualifications:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a cook or pastry chef
  • Professional experience in the upscale catering or hotel industry
  • Friendly, open and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of food laws and regulations
