Bartender/Mixologist
The Hodson Bay Hotel are currently recruiting for a friendly and customer focused Bartender or Mixologist.

The ideal candidates should be energetic, customer focused and should possess excellent communication skills. They should also have the ability to work well under pressure.
Duties will include:
- The service of food & beverages, cash handling & other related duties as required.
- Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are maintained throughout service.
- Assisting other F&B outlets during busy periods
- Ensure alcohol is sold responsibly as per our Responsible Sale of Alcohol policy

Requirements:
- 1 year experience behind a busy bar preferred
- Knowledge of drinks and cocktails preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to take initiative and anticipate customer needs
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
