Our client from the pharmaceutical industry is looking for external 2nd level support from June. The main task is to process tickets and solve hardware problems on site.

Anforderungen an die Stelle
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10 clients
  • Good knowledge of Office client systems
  • At least 1 year of support experience and experience with ticket system / SLA
  • Optional: Experience with audio vision systems (teleconference / videoconference)
  • Initial experience with AD, DHCP, DNS
  • Experience with printer maintenance
  • A completed training in the IT sector
  • Good in German
