Our client from the pharmaceutical industry is looking for external 2nd level support from June. The main task is to process tickets and solve hardware problems on site.
Job requirements
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 clients
- Good knowledge of Office client systems
- At least 1 year of support experience and experience with ticket system / SLA
- Optional: Experience with audio vision systems (teleconference / videoconference)
- Initial experience with AD, DHCP, DNS
- Experience with printer maintenance
- A completed training in the IT sector
- Good in German
