1st Line Support Officer
Client is looking for a 1st line support officer to join their team in Malta, this role work over a shift pattern between
07:00 and 19:00. We are looking for someone capable of providing excellent support to clients, organised and
analytical. You would like problem-solving and keeping up to date on processes and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for clients, responding to phone and email inquiries
- Involved in assisting with Internal projects
- Maintaining Documentation
- Attending to domain delivery questions
- Hosting checks and hosting-related cases management
- Maintaining SLAs in the tickets
- Diligently completing reporting tasks
- Shutdowns & escalation processes following
- Maintaining and Updating customer data
- Overseeing domain-related support
- Legal & Abuse cases handling
- Contentsite-related website troubleshooting
Requirement:
- Previous 1st line support experience
- Technical tasks & finance support basics
- Experience Troubleshooting (servers, SSL, domains, other) would be ideal
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of Bash
- Having basic knowledge of LAMP server would be an asset
- Previous experience in Network and Wordpress support
- Get communicator and proactive problem-solving abilities
