As of September 2020, the beautiful design hotel with 72 lovingly designed rooms, the exclusive "The LOUIS Grillroom" restaurant and two modern event rooms is part of the ATLANTIC Hotels Group.
The LOUIS Hotel is looking for a full-time Reservation Assistant (m/f) as soon as possible.
What awaits you?
- Processing of individual and group bookings, including acceptance, quote creation and written confirmation
- Professional advice to our guests – in person, by phone or by mail – including in-house tours and solution-oriented complaint management
- Maintenance of the reservation system and regular availability checks
- Invoicing and booking administration, incl. Entering costs, Commission administration and invoicing instructions
- Daily correspondence and office organization in the reservation area
- Close cooperation with front office and housekeeping, incl. Representation in the reservation team in case of absences
- Completed professional training in the hospitality industry and first reception and reservation
- experience in the upscale hospitality industry
- Very good knowledge of English
- Ideally first experience with the hotel software PROTEL
- Structured way of working
