To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated Office Management Assistant or Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
Managing and executing small projects, particularly maintenance and repair projects (preparing quotes, purchasing and scheduling spare parts, coordinating schedules with customers and internal departments, documenting services rendered)
Supporting project management activities (coordinating tasks and deadlines, assisting project management)
Participating in the development and implementation of marketing strategies as part of a team
Conducting research on various topics, including artificial intelligence, project-specific issues, internal processes and optimization opportunities, legal frameworks and requirements
Documenting, maintaining, and further developing internal processes
General administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day office operations
Completed business training or a technical background with an interest in business and organizational tasks
Strong technical interest and willingness to learn new topics
A structured, independent, and reliable work style
Organizational skills and strong communication skills when interacting with customers and colleagues
Proficiency in common MS Office applications
Ability to work in a team and interest in marketing, project, and process-related topics
