Responsibilities

• Careful preparation of dishes with the aim of achieving a high-quality result, based on the specifications and guidelines of the Head Chef.
• Adherence to all procedures and regulations of the department. 
• Adherence to all safety and hygiene measures. 
• Proper management, use, and storage of all materials and equipment in the department.

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of Greek language 
• Experience in a similar position (applies to positions of A' & B' Cooks). 
• Culinary school diploma (desirable characteristic). 
• Team spirit. 
• Responsibility and consistency. 
• Pleasant and friendly personality. 
• Understanding of various cooking methods, materials, equipment, and procedures. Accuracy and speed in performing assigned tasks. 
• Familiarity with industry best practices.
