Safran Indian restaurant offers a comprehensive culinary dining experience for our guests. This is reflected in all stages of the preparations.We grind our own spice mixes. We use fresh ingredients and all food, sauces and desserts are made from scratch. This means that our dishes have a unique taste that you will not experience in other restaurants.Our restaurant is located in the city of Drammen, about 45 km west of the capital Oslo.
We are urgently looking for a specialist in South Indian cuisine.
Job description
South Indian cuisine specialist should be able to prepare and present south indian dishes in the restaurant. Develop and create new dishes and present them in artistic manner. Cook should have good skills to handle stress situations while full restaurant and should have knowledge of preparing dishes in cost effective manner.
Skills requirements:
Bachelor og higher culinary diploma with specialisation in South Indian dishes.
Language: Hindi, English
Type of work contract:
Permanent, full time
Starting date As soon as possible
Working hours 40 hrs pr week with 0.5 hrs break daily
Salary NOK 33 000 / month (gross)
