Comes SPA, a qualified industrial partner serving international EPCs in the planning, industrial construction, and management of electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and fluid-dynamic systems, is seeking a SALES MANAGER (Taranto office).
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the Group's growth and commercial development, with a particular focus on projects requiring integrated Engineering, Procurement, and Construction activities in the company's strategic sectors (Engineering BU, Electrical Instrumentation BU, Mechanical BU, and Marine BU).

La figura di Sales Manager sarà responsabile della crescita e dello sviluppo commerciale del Gruppo, con particolare focus su progetti che richiedono attività integrata di Engineering, Procurement e Construction nei settori strategici dell’azienda (Engineering BU, Electrical Instrumentation BU, Mechanical BU, Marine BU).

Requirements: Master's degree in Engineering, accompanied by an MBA, consolidated experience (5+ years) in Sales/Business Development roles in the EPC sector or related fields (Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, Infrastructure, etc.), in-depth knowledge of the sales logic of medium/large complexity turnkey projects (EPC), understanding of the main contractual models for EPC projects, availability for national and international travel for meetings and client development.

Requisiti: Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, corredato da Master MBA, esperienza consolidata (5+ anni) in ruoli Sales/Business Development nel settore EPC o ambiti affini (Oil & Gas, Energia, Costruzioni, Infrastrutture, ecc.), conoscenza approfondita delle logiche di vendita di progetti chiavi in mano (EPC) di media/grande complessità, comprensione dei principali modelli contrattuali per progetti EPC, disponibilità a viaggi nazionali e internazionali per meeting e sviluppo clienti.
