We are looking for a Receptionist (m/f) who will guarantee a pleasant and unforgettable visit to our customers.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Customer reception and follow-up;
  • Telephonic service;
  • Complaints management;
  • Clarification of questions regarding the Hotel and available services;
  • Administrative tasks inherent to the role.

 

Zahteve za delovno mesto
  • Training in Hospitality/Tourism;
  • Experience in luxury hotels/restaurants, in front office, at least 5 years;
  • Preferred knowledge of Protel and SAP;
  • Proficiency in English and preferably other foreign languages;
  • Customer orientation; Ease of interpersonal relationships;
  • Flexibility and availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
