Product Marketing Manager
To strengthen the Group Marketing department, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will meet customer needs and generate a competitive advantage for the company. Specifically, the resource will be responsible for: Gathering feedback from the sales organisation and customers; Analysing competition and market trends; Drafting product business plans including development specifications, value proposition, positioning, launch and promotional activities; Manage product life cycle; Collaborate with colleagues in the preparation of communication, sales and sales training tools; Co-ordinate the different stages of product development ensuring information sharing between the entities involved; Present solutions during training events, trade fairs or public seminars in person or via the web. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering, and has at least 5 years' professional experience in the role in modern, organised companies.
Excellent analytical skills, team-working, negotiation, autonomy, resourcefulness, organisational abilities and tenacity in achieving objectives are required.
Fluent knowledge of English and willingness to travel both in Italy and abroad complete the profile.
Knowledge of a second foreign language and a background in the plastics processing sector will be a plus.
