Plumbing Foreman - Working

Efficient Renewables, with over 30 years of expertise in the industry, are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plumbing Foreman to contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead plumbing teams on-site to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• The installation of heat recovery, solar systems, geothermal, and air source heat pumps to meet industry standards and company specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high levels of craftsmanship and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and project efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of installations.
• Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a foreman role within the plumbing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, heat recovery, solar systems, and heat pumps.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Commitment to safety standards and ensuring a safe working environment.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
