Efficient Renewables, with over 30 years of expertise in the industry, are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plumbing Foreman to contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead plumbing teams on-site to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- The installation of heat recovery, solar systems, geothermal, and air source heat pumps to meet industry standards and company specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Train and mentor team members to maintain high levels of craftsmanship and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and project efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of installations.
- Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports and documentation
Requisiti professionali
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a foreman role within the plumbing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, heat recovery, solar systems, and heat pumps.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Commitment to safety standards and ensuring a safe working environment.
