As part of the employee transfer with the option to take over, we are now looking for a Human Resources Officer (m/w/d) for our prestigious client from the Public Service
Your tasks:
- Independent execution of payroll
- Preparation and administration of employment contracts, supplemental agreements, correspondence and certificates
- Competent contact person for employees in all personnel-related matters
- Support for the onboarding of new employees
- Maintain digital personal records and ensure data integrity
- Participation in the digitization and optimization of HR processes
- Support for evaluations and statistics in the field of human resources

- Completed commercial education
- Several years of experience in human resources administration, particularly payroll
- Thorough knowledge of labour and social security law as well as payroll tax regulations
- Safe handling of SAP and MS-Office
- Ideally, experience in TVöD or a comparable public service collective agreement
- Fluent in spoken and written German, English is an advantage
- Flexibility, hands-on mentality and service orientation
- Reliability, good communication skills, organizational skills and enjoyment of working in a team
