Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily hotel operations in the absence of senior management.
• Oversee the F&B departments, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate the F&B team, providing training and support to enhance performance.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Assist in managing the hotel’s event operations, including banquets and conferences.
• Prepare reports and assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar Duty Manager or supervisory role, preferably within a luxury hotel or F&B environment.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including bar and restaurant management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for guest satisfaction.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and booking software is a plus.
