We are looking for a highly organized self-starter to join our team as a CRM Specialist in Copenhagen, Denmark. The CRM Specialist is responsible for deploying emails and push notifications and will help the company drive revenue via B2C CRM communication in Europe and Asia. The CRM Specialist will help manage the moving parts of day-to-day efforts. We are looking for someone who has experience in HTML/CSS and is excited at the opportunity of improving their technical skills and CRM integration knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build emails via WYSIWYG and HTML/CSS
  • Test and schedule emails, both automated and one-off emails
  • Ensure messages are mobile-friendly
  • Pull insights via Looker (Tableau competitor), and Excel
  • Work with multiple teams globally (especially in Europe and Asia)
  • Work with the eCommerce team to drive revenue on a daily basis
  • Support the CRM team on the ideation and implementation of emails, including onboarding emails, trigger-based emails, and revenue-driving emails
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 1 year of experience in CRM/email marketing
  • Solid handle on HTML/CSS and aptitude to learn Jinja and SQL
  • Previous use of ESPs, CRMs and other email tools like Litmus is a plus
  • Resourceful and willing to dive in and find answers to questions that may not yet be documented
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Pristine attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Interest in wine & the wine industry is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
