Tasks:
- Welcome, support and advice of the guests
- Management of a private service station
- Taking orders, reservations and creating guest accounts
- Serving food and beverages in accordance with the prescribed standards
- Control of the mise-en-place
- Care of VIP guests
- Complaint handling
- Training new employees and trainees
- Clean up the reservation using the Live Booking - Systems.
Requirements:
- First professional experience in serving
- Good organizational and communication skills
- High degree of flexibility and team orientation
- Friendly, open and professional appearance
- Neat appearance and good manners
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good knowledge of English
