Job Description:

The hotel is the perfect place to leave everyday life behind and plunge into the new spheres.

A relaxing stay in pleasant surroundings is guaranteed at the 627 rooms and 28 suites decorated in warm, pleasant colors. All are equipped with heavenly beds and rain shower. A special experience awaits the guests at the exclusive Executive Club Lounge on the 23rd floor.

Whether Asian or Bavarian - the adventure trip for the senses continues with an explosion of flavors in the restaurants and bars.

 

Tasks:

  • Welcome, support and advice of the guests
  • Management of a private service station
  • Taking orders, reservations and creating guest accounts
  • Serving food and beverages in accordance with the prescribed standards
  • Control of the mise-en-place
  • Care of VIP guests
  • Complaint handling
  • Training new employees and trainees
  • Clean up the reservation using the Live Booking - Systems.

 

Requirements:

  • First professional experience in serving
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • High degree of flexibility and team orientation
  • Friendly, open and professional appearance
  • Neat appearance and good manners
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Very good knowledge of English

 

Frame conditions:

  • Free vacancies: 1
  • Contract: permanent
  • Working hours: full-time (40 hours/week) or half-time, shift-time, week-end
