Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes across various sections of the kitchen.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards, following recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and food preparation tasks.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Kitchen Management.
- Uphold the hotel's commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or a culinary qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Passion for food, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
