Hilton Malta is currently looking to recruit Chefs for various levels, including Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie and Commis Chef to join their team on a part/full-time basis. - Check compliance with work procedures and rules for hygiene and food safety
- Cook or heat up meat, fish, vegetables, ...
- Prepare dishes for service (presentation, composition, finish...)
- Decorate products after cooling (chocolate pieces, sesame seeds, sugar, covering with sauce...)
- Maintain and clean work station and kitchen utensils
