You’ll be at the heart of our café, Breakfast and lunch service, delivering exceptional coffee and seamless hospitality while mentoring junior team members. This role blends technical expertise with guest engagement. You’ll work closely with the Food and Beverage team to maintain quality, efficiency, and an outstanding café experience. What You’ll Do Prepare and serve high-quality coffee with consistency and care. Engage with guests to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Maintain high standards in presentation, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency. Support the Stathams team by sharing your knowledge and training junior baristas. Manage stock levels, ensuring freshness and availability. Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth café operations. Contribute to seasonal menu development and coffee pairings. Upsell and promote specialty drinks and food offerings. What You Bring A passion for coffee and guest experience. Two or more years of experience in a high-volume specialty coffee or café environment. Strong technical skills in espresso preparation, milk texturing, and coffee brewing methods. The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
