Purpose
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages—including a variety of coffees, teas, and cocktails—while providing exceptional customer service in alignment with the Mitsis Group hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, various beverages, and cocktails in strict accordance with the menu and recipes.
- Serve guests according to the established Mitsis Group hospitality standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
- Monitor the operational status and maintenance of all machinery to ensure peak performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring the adequacy of equipment and supplies at all times.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in English (knowledge of a second foreign language is highly desirable).
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and coffee preparation equipment.
- Knowledge of and strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
