In general, a non European citizen previously to apply for a position should get a work permit and later apply for the position.
However, there are some situations in which non European citizens living abroad may work in Spain without needing to apply for a work permit:
Some situations:
- Nationals from Peru and Chile (bilateral agreements)
- Foreign citizens who apply for occupations with labor shortage in Spain (If you applied for a labor shortage occupation then the employer could deal with the work permit needed, in case):
- Netherlands
I would like to inform you that the possibilities to access the Dutch labour market are limited.
Our organization is not allowed to support residents of countries outside the European Union/European Economic Area in finding work; not even temporary or seasonal work.
