Open to innovations, advanced digital solutions and with the recognition of hundreds of international companies – such is Lithuania today. For some time now, Lithuania can be called the centre of excellence of the region, where a wide range of global technology companies working in the fields of software engineering, game development, artificial intelligence-based solutions, financial technology product development or compliance and anti-money laundering are choosing to develop their business. The competence-rich sector can also be boldly presented as an innovation hub. Lithuania has one of the fastest growing startup ecosystems in the region – the number of start-ups has almost doubled in the last decade and currently stands at 1000.
