Prepare mise-en-places for tables, sideboards and service support areas;

Fully understand and know all items on the menu;

Compliance with HACCP rules;

Ensure outlet spaces are organised and clean at all times.

CET in Beverage Catering Management and/or specialization in Catering;

Minimum two years of experience;

Flexibility of schedules;

Versatility;

Attention to detail and detail;

Orientation towards customer service and excellent service;

Upselling capability ;

Sympathy and empathy when interacting with colleagues and guests;

Principles and practices of autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility and commitment.

Knowledge of portuguese language
