THALES Shared Service Centre is looking for new team members for its Financial Department, more specifically for the Purchasing Unit, to perform the following tasks: 

  • creating and updating entries in the Suppliers database;
  • creating and updating Suppliers banking data;
  • creating Purchasing Orders (POs);
  • receiving, conference checking and entering invoices;
  • follow-up to the invoice approval procedures 
  • processing expense reports
  • managing approved payments
  • regular contacts with Suppliers at the European level

Fluency in English is required, other languages will be a plus.
