THALES Shared Service Centre is looking for new team members for its Financial Department, more specifically for the Purchasing Unit, to perform the following tasks:
- creating and updating entries in the Suppliers database;
- creating and updating Suppliers banking data;
- creating Purchasing Orders (POs);
- receiving, conference checking and entering invoices;
- follow-up to the invoice approval procedures
- processing expense reports
- managing approved payments
- regular contacts with Suppliers at the European level
Fluency in English is required, other languages will be a plus.
