We operate globally as a leading supplier of compressors and automated solutions to the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Our product range is among the most complete in the world and is used within a number of business areas, ranging from household, commercial, food retail, and industrial refrigeration to air conditioning and products for the wholesale refrigeration market to automation in specific industrial sectors. You will join an experienced team of more than 30 dedicated colleagues in our Product Management Community managing the business unit’s products and also taking care of data from product naming/terminology over guidance and approval to maintenance.
Governance, alignment and project management across the entire product portfolio
Your overall mission will be to identify business needs and translate them into requirements and IT solutions as well as acting as central interface to other functions for product data where your key task will be to ensure system integrity. You will have a wide range of tasks from e.g. ensuring that all characteristics in a product are harmonised and the appearance is the same to ensuring that the product data information is documented, aligned and registered in SAP and that it is the same across different product groups. More specifically, your key tasks will be:
•Terminology/product naming – ensure a common approach
•Product packaging, e.g. make sure to use standardised packaging (look and feel)
•Product labelling, e.g. label layouts, raw label, graphic files and testing
•Alignment of SAP characteristics, e.g. PIM_Class, country of origin •SAP DMS – participate in the lead superuser team across Danfoss
•SAP/R3 – coordinate and maintain training material for all SAP superusers
•General consulting, support and training in product data related matters
Solid business acumen, project management skills and overview
We expect you to have a BSc in Commerce, engineering or similar and solid working experience with SAP. You have a thorough understanding of and practical knowledge with Danfoss’ ERP landscape. You have a keen eye for detail and creative solutions, and you have a talent for cooperating with many different stakeholders. With your global mind-set and excellent communication skills, you are able to communicate efficiently across all levels of the organisation. You are business-oriented and a team player. As a person, you are well-organised, have analytical skills second-to-none and are self-motivated. You are dedicated to creating impact, and you do what it takes to get the job done. Last but not least, you are fluent in both written and spoken English.
